Shipping costs are €6.95 within the Netherlands and €9.95 to Belgium. For purchases over €250,- no shipping costs are charged if you live in the Netherlands or Belgium. Shipping costs for other countries are calculated during the checkout process.
The packages are sent by PostNL. All packages are sent by registered and insured mail. The packages are only delivered to the home address unless you indicate that the package may be delivered to the neighbors if you are not present. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from the carrier by e-mail. Using the tracking number, you can track your shipment via the internet and you will see the day of delivery. This is usually the next working day in the Netherlands.
