4. Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data from being collected about children without parental consent. Register My Account

For certain parts of our website (such as My Account), you must first register. After registration, we store your chosen username and the personal data you provided so that you do not have to re-enter them every time and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement.

With our portal, you can access a management environment where you can configure, specify, and modify settings yourself.

Complaint form, contact form and question form

We offer the option to fill out a purchase form and contact form via our website. You will be asked to provide various details so that we can process and/or answer your question. After that, we retain the data for a maximum of one year for statistical purposes.

6. How long do we retain personal data?

Kristalonline does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes for which your data was collected.

Kristalonline remains responsible for these processing activities.

Furthermore, we have not permitted Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services, and we anonymize the IP addresses.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Additionally, you have the right to withdraw any consent you may have given for the processing of your personal data by Kristalonline. You may also submit a request to obtain a data transfer for data that we use with your consent, or provide a reasoned statement that you wish to restrict our processing of personal data.

To ensure that the request for access was made by you, we ask you to identify yourself adequately. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks.
