The story

The Lion King is a beautiful story, about the lion Simba. Simba is a naughty lion that grows up as prince of the area around The Pride Rock in the African savannah. His father, Mufasa, is the king of this area and lives here with the rest of the lionesses, including Simba's mother Sarabi. Scar is the uncle of Simba and has always been jealous of his brother, the lion king. When Simba is crowned as the first king's womb, Scar is automatically jealous of Simba. Scar goes to the end, to become the king, and murdered Mufasa by forging a plan with the hyenas, and also sending Simba away. Afraid that the rest of the family finds out that Simba is guilty of Mufasa's death, Simba runs away and plans to never come back. Timon and Pumbaa find the cub almost nourished by a group of vultures in the middle of the desert. They were just like Simba, kicked out of the group. Simba grows up with Timon and Pumbaa and they become best friends with each other. Years pass, and suddenly Nala stands for their nose, Simba's oldest best friend. They fall in love and Nala tries to get him back to The Pride Rock, totally lucky she has found the king again. Simba does not want this because of the same fear in the past. He does not know himself anymore, but when the ape Rafiki detects him again and makes him clear, Simba returns to defeat Scar. Back home there is a fierce battle between Simba with the lionesses, and Scar with his hyenas. Ultimately, Simba wins with the help of the hyenas, and becomes that king.
 

The origin

The Lion King is an American animation film that appeared on June 24, 1994. It is the 32nd of Disney's animation films. The film was directed by Roger Allers and Rob Minkoff. It was nominated for 55 prizes of which it was sold. It won 2 oscars, 3 Golden Globes and 3 Annie Awards.
 

Facts

First, The Lion King would be titled 'King of the Jungle', but then the creators found out that lions live on the savannah. And not in the jungle and thus the new title became: The Lion King.
In 1991, a group of Disney people drove to East Africa to study and capture the environment so that the movie could be as real as possible.
The unspeakable 'Nants ingonyama bagithi Baba' at the beginning of the Lion King means -free translation- 'There is a lion coming in, Father'.
